I’d like to see PhishER integrated with the KnowBe4 dashboard. I’d love to be able to view all that information in a single pane.
The combination of the Security Awareness training and Phish Alert button in Outlook has greatlz improved both our users awareness and reporting of potential threats. KnowBe4 also provides easy to read reports that I can provide to our President, board members, and auditoes to show our training and progress.
A complete tool for user awareness training.
The platform is easy to use and it provided complete solution from testing to follow-up trainings. You can use each module individually or link them together as a program.
The ability to integrate to AD allows easy grouping to user by department, location, functions, or any custom data field. Contents gets regular updates, you will always find new template and training modules. You can run test daily, weekly, monthly to the whole enterprise or to selected group. And you can create targeted training for user who failed or a training for everyone.
Their support and account manager always available for help with the solution or if you need new ideas for the campaign.
There really nothing to dislike about the solution. Many other solutions doesn’t cover the wide ranges of the campaign capabilities. I would say an area of improvement is reporting capability, the data is there but a more robust reporting dashboard maybe helpful. Currently I have to download the data into csv and using spreadsheet and presentation slides to complete the report for the management teams.

“Security Training – Done right!”
The Knowbe4 system provides an environment to test, train, and educate that is concise and well integrated. The system provides the tools to manage the training and plenty of high quality content.
The initial set-up was painless and quick, the only thing that I would like to see improvement on is the set up of active directory integration. It is not a big thing but if I had to change one thing it would be the creation of the integration config file. A couple of video tutorials might help to explain the process better. There was lots of on-boarding assistance and guidance so this is not a big issue.
